Reopening of the Lázaro Galdiano Museum

The Lázaro Galdiano Museum, after the COVID-19 closure, is open again. Please check the information below to plan your visit.

We are ready to welcome you!

Opening hours

• 9.30 am - 3.00 pm (Last admission: 2:45 pm)
• Mondays closed

As part of our efforts to ensure the more vulnerable visitors safety, we offer Seniors 60 + Hours between 9.00 am and 10.00 am. We kindly ask other people who are not accompanying a senior to visit outside of these hours.

Please note that the capacity is limited and queues are likely to form.

Please note that we begin clearing galleries 5 minutes before they close.

Entry

Visitors: €7.00

Concessions: €4.00 (at entrance and upon showing valid ID):

• Seniors 60 +
• Students with valid student pass.
• Family groups: one adult and three children. One adult and two children, one of whom is disabled, if they are part of a Large Family.
• Disabled visitors.

Free admission:

• From 14:00 to 15:00
• Children under 12 accompanied by an adult.
• Unemployed.
• Teachers.
• Members of organizations such as ICOM, professional associations and teaching centers.

Visiting guidelines

As part of our efforts to ensure the visitors and collection safety, some restrictions may apply. Please don't visit the museum if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough or tiredness and follow staff indications.

● Family visits are allowed up to 3 members

● Face mask is required

● Hand sanitizer must be used and it is provided at the entrance

● Social distancing (1,5 m) must be kept while visiting both the museum and the garden

● Limited capacity: There are signs indicating the number of visitors permitted into our galleries at the time in every room

● Access to lifts is restricted

● Audio guides and leaflets are not available for health and safety reasons

● Manual wheelchairs are available to borrow free of charge for your visit

● The cloakroom is closed. Please note that items of large luggage (including some bags and rucksacks, and all wheeled suitcases) are not permitted

● Vending machines are out of order

● Visitors toilets are available to use for only one person at the time. Please wash your hands and make sure you use hand sanitizer before and after.
